Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
Once we've started work, your plan can't be downgraded since your
payment is allocated toward your domain, development, and
other services already in progress.
At the moment, we do not accept partial payments. Full payment is
required before we can provision any of our services.
We're sorry your website is down. If it's been less than a month, making
your payment and should bring it back online
within hours.
If it's been over a month, the site may be deleted, and domains that expire for more than 30
days might not be available
again.
Please note: Domain names are managed by international registrars, and
if yours expires for more than 30 days, there's no guarantee
it can be renewed since others may register it. To avoid losing your domain, we recommend
keeping your website plan
active and not letting it expire.
If your plan isn't renewed on time, your website will expire. We
recommend renewing early—once a domain expires, it may
not always be available again after a short period (usually under 30 days).
At the moment, we don't offer movie-streaming websites as part of the QP
service.
Currently, marketplace or multi-vendor websites (like Jumia, Amazon, or
eBay) aren't part of the website options
available through the QP service.
With our QP Website Service, we take care of everything for you —
design, hosting, security, maintenance, and updates.
Hence, you don't have to worry about the technical side.
If you'd like changes made to your website, just reach out to us with the details, and our team
will handle the updates
for you according to your plan.
Aside from the LaunchPad plan, our Growth Engine and Pro Enterprise
plans are billed annually. This is because keeping
your website running smoothly involves ongoing essentials like:

Hosting services
Software licenses
Security updates
And other behind-the-scenes upkeep
Your website subscription runs yearly but don't worry—you won't miss it.
As your renewal date gets closer, we'll send you
reminders by email and WhatsApp to make the process simple and stress-free.
At the moment, we don't provide FTP or SSH access. But no need to
worry—our team takes care of all the behind-the-scenes
server management so your website runs smoothly without you needing to handle the technical
side.
We currently do not offer cPanel or direct server access. Instead, we
handle
everything for you, so you can focus on your
business while we keep your website secure and well-maintained.
Our QP Website Service is a complete package. That means we don't just
design your site—we also provide the hosting,
security, and ongoing maintenance it needs to perform at its best. At this time, we don't offer
design-only services.
Most websites we build do appear on Google, but we can't guarantee it.
Google ranks sites based on many factors, and it
can take a few weeks to show up. To improve your ranking, keep your content fresh, relevant, and
unique, gain links from
other sites, and build your site's popularity over time.
While there isn't an official benchmark for measuring a site's security,
we can confidently say that our websites are
highly protected. We use advanced technology to keep out harmful bots and hackers, and all card
transactions are handled
with the strongest security standards.
Our systems are designed to minimize risks from
Distributed Denial of Service
(DDoS) attacks, SQL injections, and many other vulnerabilities. Additionally, every website we
host comes with a free SSL
certificate for added protection.
